Avsallar in winter is already very relaxing. It's been a lot of rain this winter. But it's never cold and there are still more sunny days than shadow days. Very important also the many nice people I meet here. Just look at the beach today. Then going to Visyon Restaurant for spaghetti bolognese. I didn't know the restaurant was closed on Sunday. But the nice waiter recognized me right away and waved me in. I guess I was the only guest at Visyon today. Where can you find something like this? Experiences from Avsallar and Turkey

Waterfall with Annelie Cz and today for the second time, but with the rental car. Still a lot of water coming from the mountains. From the heavy rains in the last 2 weeks, there were a lot of landslides and even the mountain road was partly drawn heavily. Annelie and I had a wonderful day in super weather. Yesterday also Guido Huwiler and his wife Rita came by on their motorcycle in Avsallar. The two of them were traveling on a motorcycle for about 2 years. Already on the 25th. September 2025, they visited me in Akçakoca on the Black Sea from where we drove together to Horma Canyon near Pınarbaşı. Now they are on their way back home to Switzerland from Oman.
